Good experience, beachfront hotel, heated pools, breakfast included, deserves 5 stars
We went on vacation with my family and we reserved the room in advance, first we arrived at 1:30 pm as they told us that check in was at 12 and they mentioned that the cleaning was not done yet, in the end they gave us the room at 3 pm, the room and bathroom smelled really bad, the beds had a sheet that if it moved even a little it would come off, the staff that was there was very curt and unfriendly except for the reception guy who served us and the guy in the restaurant area. The areas have not been maintained.
Very bad experience. The room was reserved in advance with a down payment... but now because it's high season, they've changed the price even though there was a reservation and tripled the price... and to top it off, they won't refund the reservation.
