A very pleasant atmosphere. Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean, elegant, and cozy rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel's strong point is the swimming pool with saunas and spa area. Beautiful views from the bar on the 11th floor. I will definitely return.
Rooms clean and cozy, food tasty, pool nice and clean. Poolside bar is a plus. One star only because staff tolerates Russian people to do what they want and allows them to be rude and aggressive towards non Russian guests. Calling security does not solve any problems on there. Never visiting again because of that.
It is absolutely impossible to reach this hotel by phone! None of the listed numbers are ever answered – day or night. It feels like they completely ignore calls from guests. Even when trying to retrieve forgotten items, there is no way to get through. Extremely disappointed with the level of service.
