Hotel K10

The hotel staff are so friendly here, our stay was an absolute pleasure. The receptionist came after us, after check-in, to give us a voucher for a free drink, as we booked direct through the hotel K10 web site. A nice surprise. Bar/Cafe staff wonderful too, offer a nice selection of tapas, at exceptionally low prices for a 4* european hotel. Again, such friendly people. And the young woman who managed the lovely breakfast again very pleasant indeed, but also very hard working, bustling around helping guests, managing breakfast on her own very efficiently. Room is lovely, big and comfortable. Very clean. Decent car park, feels very safe. Close to motorway, but there are one or two other places to eat/drink within walking distance. We loved our stay here, just very pleasant atmosphere.

Great value! The staff has an energy level that is admirable. Patricia, Oksana, Hector and the whole cleaning staff were always friendly an eager to help. Hotels often have signs claiming their focus on cleanliness and sustainability, but fail to deliver, the HK is the opposite: no signs, but true delivery. If you come with your own car, we highly recommend staying at the HK10.

Don't stay here if you want some convenience - it's at least a 10-15min drive on the expressway to San Sebastian! Rooms are decent and clean otherwise and staff are friendly. A more affordable option compared to hotels in the heart of the city itself but only stay here if you have a car.
