Fabulous location and good size room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely consider staying here again as it was really great value for money. Loved the added touch of free sparkling and still water bottles that you could take back to your room. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed here and overall had a great experience. The room was a very generous size and would easily accommodate a large family – we were two adults and five children, and there was still plenty of space. It’s rare to find such spacious accommodation, especially in a city setting, so this was a real bonus for us. The view from the balcony was fantastic, giving us a lovely outlook and making the space feel even more open and welcoming. The location is also excellent – it’s in a great spot for exploring Strasbourg, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Whether you're sightseeing or just enjoying the atmosphere of the city, this place makes for a perfect base. There were just a few small let-downs. The tea and coffee provisions in the room were limited – a better selection of tea bags and some milk would have made a big difference for those of us who enjoy a cuppa in the morning. Also, the car parking is very tight. If you’re driving anything larger than a Fiat 500, be prepared for a challenge. Despite these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Excellent and smart lay-out of rooms, keeping absolutely "clean" and unhindered the sleep-area, using a clever cupboard assembly that defines a wardrobe-desk-eating area while serving as a bed-head. Pleasant surprise : spacious bathroom! [Comparatively too spacious compared to the Main room, but no harm done] Excellent quality of the rich breakfast buffet. Very kind personnel, both at front desk and room service.
