The hotel is in a prime location, but it is a bit outdated and the rooms are very noisy. However, it was kept clean. The saunas weren’t warm, and you have to pay 5 euros per person for the jacuzzi. The breakfast is good. The dinner was okay, and the service was friendly, except for one waitress. She was grumpy.
The hotel is not bad, but the gym and spa are closed (not mentioned anywhere, and they did not offer any discount for parking or pet charge). We had a room upgrade, but nothing was different. There is not even a coffee machine in the room. They charge 20 euros per dog per night and another 20 euros for parking.
I will not recommend this hotel at all. They promote themselves as a welness hotel and we booked an arrangement for 2 days including access to their welness facilities. When we arrived (travelling all the way from netherlands) we came to know that the welness area was completely closed for several days. When asking at the reception why this was not mentioned .. they simply said... well you found out yourselves ... Unbelievable. You could have notified us before we travelled to your hotel.... we asked for a token of apreciation from their side but mostly they offered was a discount on the parking costs... we canceled our booking and returned home... Our advice...before you go.. please check if their welness is available
