Mr. Garofalo & his team run the smoothest reception! The breakfast ladies are excellent. The housekeeping is prompt. Everyone greets you with a smile & tends to your needs happily! Excellent experience staying at the hotel. The staff is kind and warm and you feel as you are at home. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the place is well kept. Overall highly recommended.
Fabulous hotel in the heart of Vienna. We were truly blown away by the location and by how clean the rooms were! Housekeeping was phenomenal and this hotel was spotless. Highly recommend!
