Beautiful location, spotless rooms, and warm, professional staff. The food was exceptional, and the wellness area a true retreat. A perfect mix of comfort, nature, and hospitality. Highly recommend!
The biggest hotel in Marija Bistrica region. Very clean and cosy, not so expensive. Hotel restaurant with good wine list. Homemade cakes and very nice hotel terrace for small talk or rest with cup of coffe.
The rooms are outdated and in poor condition. The spa is not always open and is very limited. The food in the dining room is far from the pictures on the website. The hotel is very far from Zagreb and there is not much to do in the town. The hotel is not suitable for children. There is no variety in the dining room and it takes a long time to refill food that has run out. The air conditioner is very noisy and in general the rooms are at a very low level. I am sure that I will not return to this hotel and do not recommend this hotel at all. Especially for families with children. There is nothing to do at the hotel. I would give it a very low score Also because of the unaccepting attitude of the hotel staff.
