Nice place. Good food and services. Ok prices
We were there 2 times for 3 days each time. We went there because they have a private thermal pool. Small but it was OK , little bit dirty but OK, the next time in May we went there again but the pool thermal water quality was terrible, never seen anything like it! Pieces of skins, pieces of hair everywhere in the thermal water. We complained they said it will remain the same as it is cleaned once a week only, on Thursday, it was Monday that time. So had no other choice but to go to a different place. Due to our complains they acted towards us very hostile, very few guests were in the hotel at that time.
Don't know if they're thiefs or just incompetent, they tax you for a sum (proforma invoice) and submit you a fiscal invoice for another sum, a smaller one. And when you ask them, they act like they don't understand (they also refuse to submit an invoice in an international language). After you catch them with the difference/loss on invoice(s!!), they submit you another invoice for the difference, but... at the last payment for the restaurant, they submit you ONLY a proforma invoice (which is not legaly binded), not a fiscal one.
