Hotel Karam Palace

Myself, my wife and my 4 month old son stayed here in July 2025. I have previously been to Marrakech twice and my first time visiting Ouarzazate. This hotel is fantastic! The food is incredible at the self service buffet and very fairly priced! The staff at this hotel are amazing from the cleaners, bar staff, reception and everyone else has been so polite and welcoming! It is very quiet and has fantastic facilities by the pool (private cabanas, sun loungers and a bar! pool table, table tennis and a lovely viewing terrace. The rooms are very spacious, free toiletries and room clean every day! ATM on site! They can book taxis for you! Pool does not shut until late hours! Live music in the evening and a cabaret bar! Great drink selection at the bar! Closest restaurants are 5 min walk (The Full Sun) is fantastic by the way! 5/5 will be recommending!

The exterior of the hotel is nice but the rooms need to be renovated. Our room felt like being in a jail so i was happy that i had to spend only one night there. Our room was not clean either so overall this was the least pleasant hotel that we stayed in during our stay in Morocco. The staff were very nice and friendly! Delicious breakfast and dinner.

We were taken here as part of our tour of Morocco. On arrival, despite receiving our room key quickly, the room itself was extremely disappointing for a "luxury" 5star hotel. Steep stairs to the room, bed against the wall, no room safe etc etc. So after changing room, we then discovered that we needed to buy bottled water for both our room and the dining room, Really! The dining room was nothing short of madness and several hot food items were cold. As a result not only can we not recommend this hotel, we will be discussing the issue with our travel agent.👎
