Hotel Keihan Namba Grande

Blown away by the quality of this room for the value for money. Small kitchenette, large bathroom, and my favorite feature, a full washer/dryer directly in our own room (which was definitely needed as we stayed here during the halfway point of our trip.) Staff were all courteous and helpful. This was the only hotel we stayed at where the self check-in and self checkout Kiosks were actually "self" and didn't need a staff member to do everything for you. The lobby was lovely and the self-serve coffee machine was so appreciated on our early mornings. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Loved this place! I especially appreciated the free coffee available in the lobby—which is taste so good. Latte is my favorite. The staff were almost perfect in their service: friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One thing to note is that the hotel is located near a train line, so it can get a bit noisy at times. However, I’m a pretty laid-back person, so the noise didn’t really bother me.

This was a really great hotel. Centrally located near Namba station and an easy 10 minute walk with luggage. The hotel was clean and modern with a bunch of great complimentary amenities. The room was a good size with a very nicely appointed bathroom. The shower room was very spacious and had great water pressure. The toilet was the fanciest one I’ve ever experienced! AC worked great and the room was quiet. Bed was rather firm but this could just be normal for Japanese hotels. Would definitely recommend staying here.
