Stayed with my family of 5. The rooms are small keep this in mind luggage got in the way when trying to move around. Very close to train station which was great. I would stay again since it was a very nice hotel and staff friendly.
Room is very nice, it has a comfortable bed. Equipped bathroom with all the necessities. A bottle of water is provided every day. The hotel gives you a choice for the cleaning services (Do not disturb - you contact the front desk if you want your towels and pyjamas changed, Eco-clean - they provide you with new towels and pyjamas every day) and they change the bed sheets and clean your room after 3 days even if you choose Eco-clean. It has WiFi and you can cast from your phone to the tv if you want to watch some of your favourite shows on your TV.
We like to come to Osaka just to get away when we can, living in Shiga. We stay at plenty of hotels but this was by far my favorite. My wife and I agreed, this is going to be our go to hotel whenever we come to Osaka from now on. Great room, great view, excellent service and amenities, and what a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend to everyone. Thanks for everything!
