Hotel Khanaka

It suited my business trip purpose, comfortable and clean, quiet too. Some small things could irritate if you let them, but anything that's missing can be sorted instantly if you just ask the English speaking reception staff. I refuse to let the small stuff bother me, but if you need examples, no coat hangers, one call, had them inside 5 mins. Laundry service seems confusing, just asked they sorted it and it was back in my room within 6 hours. In short, great place at a good price, the Travellers coffee place is attached to reception and although slightly inflated prices, the food and coffee were superlative, as was the service. All in all, for a 3 night stay, it was good. Basic buffet breakfast but enough food and time to eat it.

Centrally located hotel with large rooms. The bed and shower were very good. The free WiFi in the rooms can be a bit dodgy sometimes. The breakfast room is too small and the options are limited. The rooms do have airco, but the airco does not seem powerful enough to mitigate the afternoon sun.

The location of this hotel is the best thing about it. The rooms are serviceable. Unfortunately they have a problem with flies. I must have swatted up to 30 flies during the day and night. Mosquitoes too. And I didn't even have my window open!
