Great Stay for Family Trip… Stayed with my family and had a great time. The hotel is clean, staff is helpful, and it’s very close to the Golden Temple. Food was simple but fresh and tasty. Good value for money.

I paid ₹900 for a guaranteed early check-in (which was clearly mentioned in the booking), while the normal price without early check-in guarantee was around ₹700. But when I arrived, the hotel staff told me I could only check in after 12 PM as no rooms were available. I explained that I only needed the room briefly to freshen up before a meeting, and I wouldn’t even be staying long. Still, they demanded an extra ₹300 to allow me in — even after I had already paid extra for early check-in. This felt unfair and like a scam. The staff was not cooperative, and the guarantee meant nothing in reality. 👉 Please avoid booking this hotel if you value honesty, transparency, and decent service.
