Just home after a truly wonderful family holiday. We all agreed that it was definitely the best luxury hotel we have ever stayed in. The reception staff were efficient, professional and friendly. Our suite was bright, extremely clean, very comfortable beds plus there was little nice personal touches like a handwritten message and welcome bottle of fizz on arrival that were all appreciated. The delicious breakfast buffet had a huge selection of different foods to choose from and friendly staff, it was a great way to start the day. The relaxing lounge was great for having a light lunch/afternoon tea. By the end of the holiday we all picked our favourite cake. Tasty cocktails with live music on Saturday night was also a highlight. The spa facilities were clean, jacuzzi area very relaxing with all the different settings and my daughter loved the pool area. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and hopefully we will visit you again soon. I have already recommended your hotel to friends.

Tony is a true asset to the team and a shining example of what hospitality should be. If there’s any recognition or opportunity for advancement, he more than deserves it. Kings Court Hotel is one of the best hotels I ever stayed at! Location Is perfect, right in the middle of the city, next to Palladium shopping center, short walk from all main sites and with a lot of public transportation options nearby. Rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. Pillows menu is a nice touch and all other requests we had were accommodated immediately and with a smile. High-end service is one of the great strengths of this hotel. All staff members - on reception, restaurant, lounge and spa – are professional, efficient and friendly. In particular, the Reception team, led by the most wonderful Moussa, was helpful and attentive, and really made us feel so welcomed and at home. Will definitely return again, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful Prague.
