Summer experience - great place for your family vacation, kids will love this place. Appartments are clean, spacious and you will find there all equipment what you need for your stay. Few practicalities: No recepction - means on-line check-in only, and all questions or queries you need to handle on-line (we used What´s up communication). It worked very-well with quick response, but someone would still prefer personal contact. Electronic key from doors it´s not the best, you need still carry your phone with you, but you will get used to that. Restaurant is closed - at least during our stay. Cars for kids could be bit noisy, so If you prefer more quite especially in the evening I would recommend appartments on the edge of the resorts. "Swimming pool" is really natural mini lake so do not expect super clean water. Karten card included, which is big advantage. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

We liked the resort very much, very well organized. The kitchen in the apartment was very well equipped. Everything new. Enough pots, dishes and utensils. Very clean, in traditional style. The kids play room with wooden Montessori toys was very much liked by our daughter. They have nice outdoor kids park. You have to walk uphill for 5 minutes to get to the ski gondola.

Our family visited this resort again after a year for ski holiday. Compared to last year, they change the check in. It had to be done online, no reception staff, doors are opened by your own smartphone through a link we receive on email. This was probably the main disappointment - every time we left apartment one has to think on having the smartphone with you and fully charge. Even when visiting sauna. Very very inconvenient to find the email, click the link, pushing the button. Why keys or magnetic card is not good? Other minus was the heating. It’s central, so you can’t really turn it on/off and it worked really randomly. You can’t rely on drying your clothes after a full day skiing, because they might turn it in after midnight only. 2 days out of 7 we stayed I had a feeling it was not turned on at all. I called the number and was told it’s set up to 21 degrees, didn’t have any device to check the temperature inside but it felt cold. With 3 kids I would welcome microwave in the kitchen instead of oven. In the bathroom with 2 sinks there was no soap, only in shower. Also kitchen is equipped with dishwasher but they provide only 3 dishwasher tablets for full week… Beds were not very comfortable. For such a big resort I would welcome a little shop to buy some drinks and other basic food.
