Hotel Klarinn Prague Castle

We had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, the hotel is in walking distance to the castle, bridge and old town. The metro and tram lines are extremely close. The only problem was there was limited hot water so you need to take a quick bath. Other than that the room was clean, spacious, safe and quiet. Thank you!

Awesome location! The best ever in Prague! This historical building turned into a hotel, is a 3 star hotel. Clean and cozy, the room is bigger than in a regular room in a 3 star hotel, which is very nice. There is a big double bed, closet and table. The bed size is big and it's comfortable to sleep on it. The floor is covered in carpet and it is made in Victorian style. There is hitting in the room and bathroom, and an air conditioner. In the bathroom - toilet and shower, heardrayr. Everything is working, clean and in good condition. I was glad with everything. Some points to be improved: 1. hot water was only till the early evening, after 10 pm there was almost no hot water. 2. towels were thin and not fluffy.. 3. there were no cups, teaspoons and no kittle to bowel the water, I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely come to this hotel again!

Absolutely awful experience. We found bed bugs in our room, and when we informed the staff, one of them said, "How do we know you didn’t bring them yourself?" Seriously? As if I travel with bed bugs in my suitcase for fun. They refused to give us another room or even let us use a phone. Disgusting place, zero hygiene, zero professionalism. Avoid at all costs.
