Great place to spend ski vacation! We had family reunion in Klausnerhof and we had the best time. Thank you Sophie to book everyone online and helping with our surprise. Thank you Mathew and restaurant team for making our dinners special. Thank you owners for your hospitality and personal service! Room lady , thank you for giving treats to our kids every time we met you in the hall. Food was very, very good. Great location for skiing for everyone — kids and advanced skiers enjoyed trails around. Clean, traditional, cozy hotel running by 5th generation in family Keep it up!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at as a family during a winter holiday. The food is exceptionally delicious and carefully selected, giving you the feeling of dining in a Michelin-star restaurant. Breakfast is plentiful and offers everything you need. The afternoon "snack" is actually a proper lunch after skiing, while dinner is a unique experience – from flavors and presentation to the impeccable service of the waitstaff. Some rooms may be a bit old-fashioned, but this does not take away from the overall experience. The spa center is clean and pleasant. A special highlight of this hotel is the owners, who actively work alongside the staff, creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We will definitely return! Skiing on the glacier is a unique experience, with wide and spacious slopes. We stayed with our two-year-old child, and there were enough activities for little ones, maybe not at the very top, but certainly in the surrounding areas.

Every dinner was a culinary masterpiece — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The rooftop swim-out pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the majestic mountain peaks. The combination of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service made this a truly unforgettable experience for our family.
