Great location and very friendly staff. Check-in was seamless and quick. Nice spa and clean, comfortable rooms. The beds are unfortunately a bit small for tall people. We got to know this later but the hotel offers a discounted parking option - contact them in advance before arriving.
1 star for the cosy room and position 1 star for the toilet, new and spotless 1 star for the staff, kind and helpful 1 star for the breakfast, simply amazing and worth every cent of it 1 star because they accept pets (and my cats loved being there)
My father and I checked out of the KLE this after a stay of several days. Our rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable and quiet. All amenities were top-notch, and we enjoyed watching the Euro Cup matches in the bar downstairs. In the mornings, we lingered over a fantastic breakfast spread. The best feature of all, however, was the service, from the housekeeping staff to Daniel, our greeter and source of useful info, to most especially Marie Laure, who treated us so well and worked tirelessly to make sure all guests' needs were met. She did everything with a patience, good humor, and a smile. She was one of our favorite aspects of our stay in Kaysersberg. Thank you!
