Hotel Kleines Meer

Absolutely the friendliest and kindest staff in Germany. Every person you encountered from the front desk, to the breakfast servers, to cleaning staff greeted us with a smile, tried to help and ensure we had a nice stay. They have plenty of small little touches that make a big difference. The place itself has a great central location right on the lake. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Nothing extravagant but nice. Buffet breakfast was good. The service and friendly attitude was really unmatched. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Great location, and friendly staff. The Family Suite on the Lobby floor had a wonderful terrace with seating and a view of the lake. Bathrooms were modern and clean. The double bed in the separate bedroom was comfortable and inviting. The staff anticipated our stay with a one-year old and prepared a baby bed as well which was perfect. The one downside was the room was located next to the elevator and Reception so it was a bit noisy but closing the inner door in the living space helped. Also a Floor lamp seemed to be missing in the living area as there was only one small light over the coffee bar for the entire room which was not enough to make the whole room bright. Minor things which did not take away from the enjoyment of our stay.

Beautiful hotel with great service, amazing breakfast and the best restaurant in town
