Old but good, facility is ok
It is a place recommended for foreigners who have gotten tired of the major cities of Japan near Mt. Fuji. The views from the hot springs are also good and it is the best to enjoy the Japanese cities again in the regional cities of Japan.
Greatest service we have experienced so far. I love their traditional rooms and decoration. I didn't went for onsen
