Hotel Kolonada

Walked in with 3 kids and very kindly asked that my 4 year old needed to use a bathroom. They charged us CZK 50. If you really have to ask, then maybe 20 CZK would be appropriate.

horrible staff everyone is super rude, for some reason the actual staff members stay in the hotel and yell at others for literally laughing (me and my friends got in trouble) and plus it was literally so weird, rooms are alright although the showers are horrid. do not recommend, find a better hotel.

Not worth the price. Unfortunately We didn't think of checking the room immediately once entering. The shower was really dirty from the previous tenant, the floors really dirty and almost all areas full of dust and smelled like cigarettes. Although we booked half board-triple room, we got delivered a room with double bed and a sofa that did not have a mattress but metals kicking on back once lied down. Terrible service and not even an apology or understanding form the reservation desk. We were given a different room with a sofa bed with better mattress but cleaning state did not have a huge difference. Dinner was mentioned as buffet but apparently it was served upon request but we were not informed about it on check in or in the reservation and got served chicken (no option for vegetarian or specified allergies). Breakfast had options but definitely not worth the price. Wellness area very small especially for weekend visit. Sauna can fit 6 people, jacuzzi 7 if one over the other and the pool pretty small compared to the photos too, especially when the families with children were all over playing. Not worth it.
