great hotel - excellent location, very nice service, clean and comfortable rooms, dog friendly, free parking, nice swimming pool, delicious breakfasts with a huge selection of cheeses, fruits and warm dishes. We haven't felt so good and hospitable with our dog for a long time, I highly recommend Hotel Kompas!
The hotel is well-sized, rooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. There is no tea coffee facility, but kettle on request. Opposite the hotel is a grill place with an absolutely fantastic patty, Slovenian-style. Possibly the best grilled patty (the size of my face too) I’ve ever had in my life. Reception speaks English, and was very helpful.
Hear me out! This hotel is one of the most famous here in Kranjska Gora.But it's only because of how big it is.The Rooms are clean,but not nice.There is a bathroom,this is a disaster. Breakfast 5/5,it's amazing and really good food.But the service is not for 5 stars,is for 4.Location is not bad because you are in Kranjska Gora,but is in the other side of all of interesting things(Lake Jasna,Mad Pehta The rollercoaster from the ski...) You need to walk a little,but it s good.👍
