The resort is very nice, but do not stay in cabins 8-9. The boiler stack fumes will fill into the cabins and make for an unpleasant stay. The hotel was very kind and did put me into a room in the hotel on my last night.

Having traveled all the way from Denmark, we have decided to dine in Hotel Kormoran's restaurant during the week, before our arrival, we have called to ensure we are welcome to come. After our arrival, we noticed that there weren't many guests (only 2 tables of twos outside and inside was a ghost town too). Unfortunately, we could not choose our table. We were seated directly in the sun in over 30° weather. We were given menus and we had waited for our orders to be taken for around 30 minutes !!! We did not have any water or any other drink. We were just scorching in the sun the whole time. The waiter did not want to reseat us since he would have to move bigger tables apart (irony and double standard here is that the minute few guests from Germany came to the restaurant and requested a table in the shadow, they did in fact seperate the tables for them). We have asked the waiter to please take our order because we could not take the heat anymore and if it took any longer we would have just left the place. Once two guests left one of the shadow tables, we took it without asking because sitting in that sun was straight up asking for a stroke. Almost felt like only certain guests with specific nationality matter in this place and the rest is treated poorly. The food was good though. Definitely not a 4 star resort service.
