The whole experience was wonderful; the room was very comfy and welcoming, the staff very professional and attentive, and the level of cleanliness rises to the expected standards of a 4 star hotel. Staff are wearing masks, the room was well ventilated and very clean which is very comforting especially during a pandemic. Breakfast was delicious and promptly served, not to mention the heavenly coffee. If you ever visit Timisoara this is definitely the hotel you want.

What a little gem ❤️ The staff are amazing, they couldnt be more helpful. We broke down last night and have waited most of the day, waiting to find out about our car. They have helped with phone calls etc and have gone up and beyond. The rooms are well equipped, homely and clean. The food is fantastic, and what a lovely little court yard. A massive thank you to the lady on duty last night, she has only been here a month, and the young man today has been amazing too. WE WILL BE BACK... Thanks again
