My husband and I stayed at hotel Kraft and were so happy with everything, we had a wonderful dinner on the rooftop patio restaurant and it was fabulous. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The entire staff was nice, friendly, helpful, compassionate I would highly recommend this hotel its close to everything, including the train station Which is Walkable from the hotel, they have a really nice gym, bar, and restaurant where the rooftop overlooks breathtaking views! The air conditioning works great we were very happy!
Love this place, feel like movie stars. The view from the top of building while having breakfast is amazing. Service, food, ambience over the top. Heaven on earth, and what I hope heaven is like in the afterlife :) Heated pool, sauna, shower close by, and gym are excellent. Highlights of our our stay in Florence. Hotel Kraft has a number of strengths, especially when it comes to location and service. It’s well situated in a quieter part of Florence, but still within walking distance to major attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. The rooms, however, are on the smaller side and felt a bit cramped and impersonal. While functional, they may not meet the expectations of guests looking for a more spacious or characterful stay, especially at the given price point. One of the main reasons we chose Hotel Kraft was the rooftop pool – a rare feature among Florence hotels. The pool itself is quite small and the number of loungers is limited, but if you manage to get a spot, you’re rewarded with a wonderful panoramic view over the city, which is especially appreciated during the hot summer months. Overall, Hotel Kraft offers a pleasant stay with very good service and a great location. The rooftop pool is definitely a highlight, but the value for money might be debatable considering the room size.
