I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Krallerhof, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. The facilities are top-notch, and the ambiance of the hotel is absolutely enchanting. The beautiful surroundings and luxurious amenities provided the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. A special shoutout to Anna for providing one of the best massages I have ever experienced. Her expert technique and soothing touch transformed what was already a wonderful trip into an unforgettable moment of relaxation. I felt completely rejuvenated afterward, and I can't thank her enough for that experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind and indulge, Hotel Krallerhof is a must-visit. I can't wait to return for another stay
One of the most amazing hotels I have ever visited—pure luxury and elegance! At first, I was a bit concerned about some reviews mentioning that the rooms are not in the main building where the spa. However, the rooms were absolutely beautiful and spotless, and all the buildings are internally connected. The spa was simply out of this world! I booked the private spa, and it was an unforgettable experience. Both dinner and breakfast were exquisite, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. Overall, it was an outstanding stay!”
My wife and I visited for a spa day and massages. The spa access is very overrated for the price - I give props to their marketing team. If you are okay with spending 240 EUR to sit by the pool (which is what you'll do after 1-2 hours in the sauna/steam areas) then maybe this place is for you. The pools and hot tubs were not very warm. One of the hot tubs was not working. The view and building is very nice, which saved this from being a terrible experience. The layout is strange and it required somewhat of a long walk to get to the second half of the spa. There is no map provided and not much instruction as to what is available. There are only a couple staff available to ask questions. The massage was excellent and I would have been more than happy to have booked only the massage. We were on vacation so I am trying to not be cynical, but for 400+ EUR, I think this place is designed for social media enthusiasts...
