I stayed here for four nights with my Cycling team from 17-21 June. I've fallen in love with the place and people here especially the hotel staff. They were extremely warm and helpful and always eager to help and cater to guests. The receptionists were excellent. I would give a special mention for Miss.Dragama who was exceptionally wonderful and would go an extra mile to help. The restaurant manager Yurian(I hope I got the name right) was wonderful and catered to every demand from our team especially to cater to people with dietary restrictions. I would give 110% rating to this place.
Good rooms (very comfortable beds) and spa as well as great service and breakfast. It's also pretty close to the ski resort. Overall a positive experience :)
Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff - receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet exceeded expectations - delicious! Clean, well-appointed, recently renovated for a beautiful modern look. Pool and hot tub were nice, very clean. Sauna costs extra. Will probably do that today since it’s raining. If you arrive by bike, bus or transit, you get a free drink. :) We are bike packing, and there is a secure bike room.
