The staff are incredibly friendly; the hotel owners are very open and helpful. The overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is fresh, and there's a varied breakfast selection. The spa and pool are very nice and well-maintained. The location is great, with public transportation right next door.
On the recommendation of my sister-in-law/brother-in-law, we booked our South Tyrol vacation this year (June/July 2025) at the Hotel Krause. And we haven't regretted it! The location is simply stunning, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. The service staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food—both the breakfast buffet and the 5-course dinner—was excellent. Once again, a big compliment to the kitchen! The outdoor area with the pool and whirlpool is superbly maintained, with citrus trees and plenty of herbs. It offers plenty of space to relax. The Krause family and staff truly embrace their slogan, "The sun in the house!"! Stephan Krause is the embodiment of cheerfulness. We highly recommend this hotel. We plan to return in 2026. The only thing we would like is a refrigerator in the room.
