Went only to the restaurant and had the best Schnitzel I have ever had in my life. It was amazing and I would fly all the way back there just to have it again. The young people in my group were excited that our waiter was a Landon Barker lookalike, I was just there for the food. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere chill and relaxing and there was even a cute cat napping on the patio. Go and try the Schnitzel and your life will be changed forever.
Swiss Experience at Hotel Krebs I recently stayed at Hotel Krebs in Interlaken and had a fantastic experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the reception team– all of them were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location is also excellent, right in the heart of Interlaken with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It's just 3 minutes walking from Interlaken West railway station! We tried the delicious Swiss cuisine served at the hotel restaurant. The fondue was rich and flavorful and the "hot stone" grill was delicious. A special thanks also goes to Peter (who was very nice and attentive) and, in general, to the entire service team. All of them were really helpful and made me feel truly cared for. **We got 10% off on the menu as we were Hotel guests. I highly recommend Hotel Krebs to anyone visiting Interlaken who’s looking for great food, a cozy atmosphere, and outstanding service.
This is a lovely hotel with some really nice touches. The staff are lovely and couldn't do enough to help and advise. We were there over the August 1st Swiss national holiday and got some good advice regarding public transport to attractions as there were lots of closed roads so advised not to drive. Only a couple of minor niggles, the shower head bracket was very low and I couldn't stand under it. But food in the restaurant was good as was breakfast. Comfortable, quiet room and comfy bed. We would definitely stay again
