Hotel Kreuz & Post Grindelwald

Beautiful hotel. Location was amazing, close to everything. Rooms were very clean same with the lobby and the restaurant. Breakfast was very delicious, a good variety of everything, Simone was a great server. And let’s not forget the amazing view 😍😍😍

We came to Switzerland for our honeymoon and this was our first stop in the mountains! Such a lovely, welcoming hotel with the most gorgeous scenery and wonderful staff. We especially appreciated all the restaurant/breakfast staff, they were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I’m lactose intolerant and don’t eat meat which isn’t always the easiest in a county like Switzerland but they routinely made sure I had something to eat at breakfast and checked in. Simone was our server for dinner our first night and was so lovely! Such a great and attentive server and just a genuinely kind person to chat to. We can’t say enough how much we appreciated everyone at the restaurant service, they made our stay even better than it already was :)

Pros: Unbeatable location (right next to Grindelwald train station). Hotel was clean, food was good. Water pressure of the shower was also good. Cons: Bathroom was a little small. The pillows provided were too soft (not enough filling). Shout out to Ahmed at the reception. He was super friendly and helpful.
