Hotel Kriopigi

We stayed at the end of July for one week and everything was great! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great food at the hotel restaurant, especially in the evening. The only minus i can find is that the hotel doesn't have a private beach, and i understand that they had in the past, but they offer free transportation to the nearest beach.

Just at the airport reflecting on our holidays here. We had 10days and none of us wanted to come away mainly because the staff were amazing, friendly, funny and we were sad to say goodbye to them all. The rooms were good with a nice cold air con. We never once had to fight for a sunbed and sometimes didn’t even go down to the pool until after 10am and there was still sunbeds. The food was good probably one of the best all inclusive restaurants I’ve experienced. There’s a free bus to the beach but only a 15 min walk. We are considering booking again for next year as we all enjoyed it.

A hotel mess where I was given another upgraded room. I took a sea view and I had a view of the road, I took a balcony in the room, I had a balcony on the other side of the building, I had to leave the room to go to my "balcony". Plus a terrible smell of urine coming from the bathroom, I went 3 days in a row to tell them about the problem, they said it was "solved" ... where, nothing was solved. I sat with a towel on the door so the smell wouldn't come in. I sat with that smell in the room and with the window open all the time because otherwise you couldn't stay. They upgraded me to all inclusive, but what did 3 juices in a teak help me with for that smell? NOTHING!!! The beach? Which private beach? A piece of sand without sunbeds, without umbrellas, without anything. The room I booked and the room I was given were a huge difference. A mess! The same food every day for 7 days! THE SAME! You have no choice but to try to eat a variety of food. It's an expensive all-inclusive but on the budget for them
