As a solo, female traveller, I had a very scary experience with hotels.com. I booked Kris Hotel through the website and when I reached the hotel at 10pm I found out that the hotel had been shut down. I was stranded on the streets in a small town and truly had no where to go. It was a really terrible and frightening experience. I reached out to hotels.com to ask for a refund and to inform them that the hotel no longer exists and had been closed for a while. The customer service supervisor was so incredible rude and had 0 empathy. It felt like I was talking to AI instead of a human. Having been a loyal hotels.com customer for more than a decade, I would not recommend using this platform or booking this hotel.
This Hotel is not Working, from 3 months. And on google maps doesn't show on right Place😭😭😭 This people is scammer from Tr one local guys tell me. Ant i have already pay booking from The Trip.com I will share mey booking confirmation like pictures and also i have to text to Trip.Com to refund because is was not....
The hotel has been closed for quite some time, although they are still taking reservations! The contact numbers left are non-existent and the owners cannot be contacted in any way. Avoid this scam!
