Disappointment at Every Turn – Avoid! A four-star hotel? Unfortunately, it felt more like a two-star experience. The place was dull, lacked any charm, and fell far short of expectations. Some of the staff were even downright rude. A lot was promised and expected, but nothing delivered. Do yourself a favor – skip this place and spend your money more wisely. In general, avoid Liburnia hotels altogether and look for something with real quality.

Very disappointing. Great oceanfront view but that’s it. This hotel is the unwanted dog in the hotel company’s portfolio. Front desk staff didn’t care and restaurant staff clearly hated their jobs. Furnishings were my grandmother’s unwanted pieces, in the public areas and the room. Room was very hot. I understand heating system was still on seasonally. This happens every year, and they should be prepared. When I asked for a fan at the front desk, they had none. This is a big hotel company that doesn’t care about its guests. I am sad that our group will return there in September because it was the worst hotel that we stayed at in our wonderful Croatian tour.
