Hotel Kristall

Basic hotel. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with basic amenities like hand wash/body wash only. So do bring along your shampoo/conditioner or shower gel. There is a small supermarket behind the hotel. Breakfast is provided and taste good. It has scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt and cereal/oats, bread, cheese, ham, coffee and tea.

4 star hotel? Unfortunately, I couldn’t witness this. Arrived at the hotel at 20:30hrs and the front desk was not manned. Had to self check in with the smallest keyboard ever. The room was ok but for a 4 star hotel, there shouldn’t be damage on the bed where the guest cringes when they put their head on the bed backboard. (See photo). Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t that good either due to the cooked items not being replenished. All in all the hotel was fine for one night.

We went to this hotel after we have had a car accident in Goerlitz. We left our car on the spot and took a train to our house in Weisswasser. Unfortunately we realized we had forgotten our key in the car. It was 10 pm. We went to this hotel for help - to call us a taxi or to book a room for the night. Unfortunately, a lady from the staff declined giving us room (she said company only, I am the owner of a GmbH but when i said Ok, she still declined!), gave us a number of some taxi company that speak only German and asked us to wait the taxi outside. It was -5, we were tired of the accident and trembling. I dont know how many fake stars this hotel is, if people had stars, the staff of this hotel is ZERO stars. I wouldn't recommend staying there for the world!
