Hotel KRONE eat drink stay

We did not stay at the hotel, but we stopped in the restaurant for dinner. The pizza was awesome - great thin crust pizza, flavorful toppings, I would definitely give the pizza a five star rating. One of my friends had the fish and it was just okay, so we would not recommend that.

Hotel in perfect location : cute building. Staff super friendly, helpful & kind. Room booked meant as mountain view but mountain maybe was 30% of view the rest being another building & garage car park. We were offered a change for a City view. Building works we weren't told about were on, with scaffolding in the terrace. Works were conducted in good order & timing, when one would mostly be out. Krone's restaurant is exceptionally good & we used this several times. Again excellent staff. A lovely spa at the top. (Kids cannot use it so we were unable to make use of it well). All in all a +ve stay. Would still recommend & would stay there again but not in the same room :) .... Wish all at Krone the very Best for 2024.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I requested to leave my luggage at the front desk during check-out for a few hours. When I returned, they told me my bag was missing. After reviewing the security cameras, they claimed that someone had taken my bag and left for Milan. They assured me they would contact me regarding the situation, but I never heard from them again. Their response was unprofessional, and they took no responsibility for the situation. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
