I stayed for a few nights, staff are supper friendly, clean room although small (kinda normal in Zurich) the umbrella in the room was thoughtfull. Good value in my opinion
Since we booked an early flight, we arrived at the hotel very early and did not get enough rest the night before. I know these are our problems, but my friend was on her period and her waist was hurting and she felt uncomfortable. I begged the front desk to help us check in early. When the front desk guy heard about this, he immediately helped us check and there was no vacancy. Thank you very much for his help. He is so warm and kind. Recommend to everyone
We recently celebrated our wedding here and had the most incredible experience. We booked 25 rooms for our guests, and everything went absolutely perfect. The reception and banquet staff were amazing—so professional, attentive, and friendly. They truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. The service was outstanding, and our wedding celebration went off without a hitch. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our special day. Highly recommend this hotel for any couple looking to enjoy the coziness and charm of a Swiss hotel!
