Hotel Kroneck

I had a fantastic time at this hotel from start to finish. Despite reading some earlier comments about older furnishings and an unprofessional reception, I found the overall service to be remarkably professional—even when the hotel was at full capacity. When we arrived late due to a longer travel distance, the staff kindly offered a cold meal option since the kitchen was already closed, which was greatly appreciated. My room was quiet and comfortable, ensuring a very restful night. The wellness area was impressive and provided plenty of space to relax. The hotel’s location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts—just a short walk to the ski bus stops for both Skiwelt and Kitzski. The culinary experience was outstanding. Whether served dinners or buffet style, the quality and variety of the food were top-notch, easily on par with some of the best hotels I’ve stayed at around the world. In short, there was nothing to fault, and I would gladly return in the future.

Stayed for a week, had a great experience. We traveled with a baby and on arrival the room had a baby bed setup for us. The room was spacious enough. There was a baby phone that was powerful enough to reach the bar area. We used the spa a few times and that was an enjoyable experience. The pool is awesome while it's cold outside. Food was great, with the only downside being that there was no good option a few evenings for the pregnant lady in our group. The staff made it work so it ended up fine.

Good hotel. The rooms are older and sockets are placed awkwardly. View from some rooms is really bad. Food and breakfast buffet are acceptable for the price and better than the average Austrian hotel
