Stay over 3 nights. Rooms are modern and done to high standard Breakfast is fantastic quality. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Everything from start to finish was amazing - the hotel is very clean and well looked after. The Staff were very friendly, smiley and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was very big and the air con works great (also very quiet which was a huge bonus). Free shower gel, shampoo and body lotion was a lovely addition to the room and if you like to take a bath - well, this hotel is perfect for it (you will get lovely smelling bath salts as well). The hotel is nice and quiet and within 10min walk to the main squere so the location is perfect. Everyone works very hard to keep up the high standards. We would for sure use this hotel on our next visit to Krakow!
Never a 4 star hotel it's as basic as they come. Nice shower and comfy bed, but all that separates you and the next room over is an ill fitting door which let's in every single sound from the next room as well as the light. Loads of better hotels at this price
