Hotel Krynica Conference & SPA

Very pleasant stay at Hotel Krynica! We appreciated being able to store our luggage both before check-in and even after check-out, which was very convenient. The hotel was undergoing some construction during our stay, but the noise was minimal and not disturbing at all. We tried the fitness room — it was decent, though a few heavier weights would be a great addition. The pool was clean and enjoyable, though a bit shallow at 120 cm. The jacuzzi, however, was excellent. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Parking was affordable, and it was great to see EV charging available on-site. We’ll definitely return!

The hotel is cozy, with a lovely view of the area. Ridiculously delicious food served to rooms! Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to take that extra step to make your stay as good as it can get. 2 dry & 1 wet sauna - cherry on top! If jacuzzi was slightly bigger and there were a bit more hooks to hang your towel in sauna area, I'd gladly give you 10 stars. But for now, 5 will do. Thank you for the experience, indeed it's not the last te we are visiting :)

For me the rooms are the biggest let down ... I've never slept in such a horrible bed ... I hardly had any sleep during the night, the room size is also not the biggest ,The staff is friendly (just) the other let down is the food ... The night I stayed, dinner was fish fillet with side dishes ( salad , potatoes and some other veggies ...so no meat option if you can't eat fish or don't like, plenty of nice salads ...but come at an extra cost of 120 PLN, making a total of nearly 700 PLN for a night ...if I knew I would definitely prefer to eat in town where the choice is bigger, hotel overall is nice with a little swimming pool and even smaller jacuzzi, but nice and clean, the hotel is not horrible but definitely doesn't have a 4 Star rating when we are there , 5 stars to the bar staff , really friend guy always ready to help and serve delicious " caipirinhas" and for that I give an extra star (3) in total
