Hotel Krysztal Conference & Spa

I am very happy with that Hotel. Central, but very well located to make a trips to Szrenica or to the Waterfalls Kamieńczyk, Szklarka. Nice swimming-pool, restaurant with very friendly service and tasty dishes. Breakfast on high level especially coffe and tea is to mention. Everything what you need. I had a deluxe room for 3 night for price under my expectations so I was verry happy with all around service. I recommend that Hotel also becouse of familiar atmosphere

Great service (reception, cleaning, room service), Spa area and overall look. Rooms might feel sometimes like getting older and soon might require renovation but for me it is not a big deal. The gigant plus is breakfast and restaurant - a lot of options including vegan and vegetarian. Overall: excellent

We returned to this hotel for the second time. The hotel is in a good location. The hotel accommodates a lot of "family groups" who fly all over the hotel, shouting, and making a mess until late, unfortunately the reception does not care. The hotel has a children's play area. Breakfast and dinner buffet - even for big eaters. Great choice of food. The food is really tasty. Our room was smaller Even though the booking said it should have been the same size as our previous booking. We had room 110, and it is unfortunately the first one on entering the floor. You can hear everything. I would recommend taking 2 cards and leaving one permanently in the room because of the air conditioning. Even though we had a reservation for two people and a 3 year old child, my daughter did not even have a towel in the room. The next day the cleaning lady added a towel for my daughter. The cleaners touched personal items, which they shouldn't, but they added shower gel for my daughter. I know that the child since she is staying for free "doesn't qualify" but it's a good look for the hotel... After all - a child is not air. There is a fridge, kettle, instant coffee, tea, water in the room. Big mirror, wardrobes. Room clean. Unfortunately, still the lifeguard does not wipe the water around the pool, there are falls, but at least he hands out towels. I recommend rather the rooms at the very top. Parking on the premises for a fee.
