Hotel Krčínův Dům

The hotel is in a great spot not far from the main square. My room was comfortable, no air-conditioning but had a fan which was fine for me. The room was made up every day. The staff were fantastic. I had to prolong my stay due to my partner having an accident and needing an operation. They rang taxis for me to go to the hospital every day, due to the language barrier. They booked a shuttle bus back to Prague and a late checkout was organised. Cesky Krumlov is such a beautiful town. It is a must see.

Fantastic location and loved the hotel! The history, the ambience, the look, the rooms- all fantastic! . This could have truly been a four-star hotel except for one thing. Terrible service. The maid service and room service was severely lacking. No washcloths or fresh Kleenex. No new towels or enough towels were delivered. No shampoo no conditioner. The beds were barely made. And spiderwebs hanging from ceiling. The rooms were large, well appointed and lovely. The elevator went to the second floor but no accommodations were made to help guests get to the 3rd floor. Front desk wasn’t very helpful. Breakfast was nice and included. The last day the breakfast moved to a sister hotel with no notifications. Very strange.
