Hotel Kukdo

Clean & safe place, great customer service, friendly courteous staff. Breakfast buffet laid out nicely, covered food, delicious & good variety. Staff are quick to clean & assist people. Rooms are neatly done. Great location. Staff are so accommodating. Convenient store & currency exchange machine inside the hotel. Highly recommend!

The staff at the reception were kind and helpful. Most of them spoke both English and Japanese. The lobby had a currency exchange machine and a T-money charging station, which was super convenient☆༉ There’s also a convenience store on the first floor, and the airport bus stops right in front of the building, so it was really easy to get around. However, the toilet didn’t flush very well, and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak ( ｉ _ ｉ ) Also, since my room faced the road, it was a bit noisy at night.

So apparently they always turn off the air con at around 3 am! Seoul is really hot in the summer just fyi. we always woke up at 4 am cuz the room was stuffy! we called FO the second night then I ask them bluntly whether they intentionally turn it off & the FO said YES! OMG! First when we ask they lie by saying there's an engineering problem! We can't went back to sleep! really ruin our last days in Seoul! The explanation is because they avoid overheating. & they claim 4 star hotel. The spring bed very uncomfy so bouncy. Hair dryer so small no power. We stayed in hotel cheaper than this but better experience. Other than room size & location to station well better choose somewhere else.
