Welcoming and impeccable hotel! The staff is extremely kind and always available. The location is perfect: right across from the thermal baths and just a short walk from the center. The rooms are very clean and well-kept. A pleasant stay in every way – I'll gladly return!
I don't recommend it. The lift was not working. The person at reception refused to give the password for the wi fi, saying it didn't work. One towel for two people. When asked to give one more towel we were refused. There was no soap in the bathroom. Breakfast was awful: dry old rolls and coffee made out of nothing. Absolutely unprofessional staff
