A wonderful and comfortable stay! We visited from the US and felt right at home. Their breakfast is included and was a nice treat, and they went above and beyond to cook the eggs to our preference in the mornings. The beds were comfortable and the temperatures of the rooms was easily adjustable. There were plenty of outlets and the bathrooms were a nice size. They have a laundry service available too which was great. There are safes and scales in each room too, along with a mini fridge. The staff went above and beyond, helping us to pin our Nepali wedding guest outfits, greeting us, granting us late check out, and more. There is 24/7 security on the premesis. The room service and hotel food were quite good with many options for different tastes. We will be back again.

We had a nice breakfast at Hotel Kutumba. They had a good selection of prefix and al carta breakfast. You get a panoramic view of the Kathmandu city from the rooftop restaurant.

Stayed there with my wife for a weekend gateway. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The dinner, albeit a bit expensive, was tasty and the service was top notch. Maybe the power was giving issues that night..for we had multiple light outs and the generator was very noisy.. couldn't get decent amount of sleep at all. The issues I had were with the breakfast..I was expecting a buffet but for some reason there wasn't one that particular morning..and the alacarte breakfast we had had no beans and the omelette and sausage were very dry and poorly seasoned. Maybe the chef was having a bad morning or something. And during the checkout, the reception asked me if it's okay to check the room. Well I didn't even quite understand what he was asking for until he repeated that again. I don't know the exact intention behind him saying that but not a single hotel I've stayed in till date has asked me that. Maybe it's the hotel policy. Overall..an average stay, but with this service ,not worth visiting again.
