I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with my family. The room was very spacious, as you can see in the picture, and even the bathroom was generously sized with shower room and bathtub. The hotel is located right across from a park and within walking distance of a night market. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. While the building and interior appear quite old, they are well-maintained and not run-down. The hotel’s car park entrance is located behind the building—you can drop off your travel companions at the lobby entrance first before driving to the back of the hotel building for the basement car park Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The hotel is decorated with precious artworks in the foyer and each floor. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom is larger and generous proportions. Staff speak English and are very helpful. Reception is manned 24 hours. Our flight was delayed by nearly 1.5 hours (due to snow at the departure end).and we didn't arrive until nearly 3am. It was good to be greeted by staff. Small disposable amenities are no longer supplied for free but can be purchased at reception. Bottles of water, kettle, cups, tea and coffee are complimentary. Yes there's a hair dryer. A few power points were installed with multi sockets. Check out was smooth and swift. Luggage storage is available.

I booked this hotel through a major booking site because it was 70% off. In conclusion, I would not stay here again. The staff and location were fine, but the soundproofing was extremely poor. Every time the guest upstairs walked, I could hear their footsteps, which was quite distressing for someone who values a good night’s sleep. It felt more like living in an apartment than staying in a hotel. I only booked this time because it was cheap, but at the regular price it would be unthinkable—and even at a discount, I would look for another hotel. It’s a real shame, because the staff were very kind.
