Been there once with family. Room is very clean and comfort, room face to riverside with a great night view. Sky bar called UP By KVL got a best view for Chaktumuk River and rear Royal Palace view. Food are tasty and cool beer/cocktails hit the vibe. Recommend for a couple and families who's looking for a night out gathering.

Amazing riverside view from the bar. Drinks quality is above Cambodia standard and good for the price especially during happy hour. Bar supposed to open at 4pm but waited till 4:30pm to have staff attending the bar. A server knocked over a cocktail from his serving tray and spilled all over my back on my white Jacquemus dress. Luckily it was not visible otherwise the dress would have been completely ruined. I didn’t make a fuss about it because it wouldn’t make any difference and waited to see how the management would react. Apologies from the server given, towel was offered but drink wasn’t comped and felt that the bar didn’t take it seriously (or trained) enough.
