Hotel Kyocera

My first choice if departing from Kagoshima airport. There is a convenient bus stop to the airport across the street and a conbini about 5 minutes away by walking. If feeling a little more active, there are some huge cheaper Japanese supermarkets nearby to buy souvenirs, and a beautiful river. The breakfast buffet is good too with a fun selection of teas. Most notably, the staff went above and beyond. They were informative about the town and hotel amenities. A special thanks to the tall man at the front desk who helped us get on the bus (we were running late). This hotel is like a light house for me metaphorically.

Unfortunately, the Kagoshima Airport Hotel has closed. Therefore, an acquaintance of mine told me about a nearby hotel that could be reached by rental car from the Kagoshima Airport. It was a huge hotel that far exceeded my expectations. Is this hotel in the genre of a resort hotel with a large bath? The hotel is very spacious. The breakfast room is in an annex across the street from the main building. The food menu is so extensive that it would be impossible to eat all of it. The breakfast room is spacious and satisfying enough to make you forget that you are on a business trip. I would use this hotel not for a business trip but for a trip.

Our stay at this mountain view hotel was nice. The chapel in the hotel's center looked lovely, and the Onsen and gym facilities were great for relaxation and fitness. Came as part of a tour group.
