Great experience 👍 The hotel is not new and fancy, but it’s calm and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for. If you want peace and quiet, whilst surrounded by nature, this is a good choice. The staff is very welcoming, although English is not their forte, but Google Translate is there to help you, and some speak French. Our room was comfortable, although we would have preferred firmer pillows and curtains that could block the sunlight. The swimming pool area was very nice, and everyone seemed to enjoy silence whilst reading, taking a nap or simply enjoying the sun and the birds singing. We didn’t try the whole spa area, as we just wanted to relax and enjoy the sun, as this Spring has been rather harsh. We were extremely pleased with the restaurant, which makes the booking by itself worth it. The waitresses were really kind and polite, and the food as divine! Everything was so delicious, varied and tasty. Excellent! Really, really worth it! Great value for money if you take into account the fantastic dining experience, the included breakfast and cakes in the afternoon, and all the beautiful nature (although there is some construction going on) surrounding you. Highly recommended!

Top service, cleanliness, spa area.

The spacious rooms and the food were absolutely great, but that's about it. The elderly lady at the front desk was absolutely not polite. We had gift cards, that could only be used if you hit the exact amount or above. Treatments that costed less were "not possible" to book, with the explanation that it's just not possible. The wellness area could be nice if there was a wall separating the swimming pool. It's a pity to hear kids yelling and playing when you want to relax. The indoor pool is really small and the outside pool was dirty with worms etc. Alaoy we had spider webs and dead animals in our room, which the elderly lady did not see as a problem so we cleaned up our selves. Parts of the quiet areas were under construction when we arrived and nothing was mentioned during the booking process. It's a pity if the workers stare at the naked women and shout comments or whistle. This is not a spar environment and the service was just the worst we have experienced in a really long time. Waste if money and time. We will definitely not come back and not recommend.
