Nice hotel with all basic facilities. Friendly staff with their excellent service. Amazing alps view from the balcony. They have a wide range of breakfast options and that is included with hotel rentals. Large parking facilities they have. I would love to stay there again if I will go to Wals.
Extremely friendly and happy staff who clearly enjoy working here. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Amazing breakfast and comfortable rooms. Excellent place to stay on your drive through Austria or to explore Salzburg. Busses leave every 10 minutes so you can just leave your car at the hotel.
Good property, well maintained, great service at bar and restaurant, but rude reception team can spoil ur experience. The hotel is meant to be for corporate gatherings or big groups. Has both old and new rooms. But lacks a few basic things that any 4 star property should have like - coffee machine, fridge and iron board. For ironing, u need to go to basement in a laundry room, that too when the staff is in property (they are not there sunday noon onwards) Bar and Restaurant teams are brilliant, very hospitable and will make u feel very comfortable. Team at reception is a big set back. Talking to them is like reading a website. They do not try to understand what u are saying and can upset you with anything. This is something that the managemnet should fix.
