Hotel La Bergamina

The hotel room we had is okay but when we open the heater it's too hot that it can't be adjusted. So I had difficult time sleeping.

If you are expecting a 4 stars hotel this for sure is not, unless the stars means something else. My room was wear and tear, for sure need refurbishment. Restaurant is good but a bit pricey.. On the positive side the staff was gentle and attentive until an episode on the final day that spoiled this good opinion. I've been waked up by some noise on the room beside mine. The staff was trying to un lock a room door without success after trying for at least 20 minutes. When eventually they decided to try with an hammer. Someone commented.. "are you sure to use the hammer? some people may still be sleeping", but some other one clearly said..."Who cares". I don't think this is respectful for the customers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the rooms. The rooms are old, worn-out, and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture and decor felt dated, and everything had a run-down appearance. The bathroom was especially unclean, reminiscent of a cheap motel rather than a 4-star establishment, with visible dirt and grime that made it feel very unhygienic. Given the poor condition of the rooms, I would not recommend staying here, as it falls far below the standard expected from a hotel of this rating.
